Validate the requests of the application for optimal use

Create an account and a profile by following the instructions "your account and profile"

Select and register your contraindications medicines and your possible intolerances to certain essential oils

Activate the bluetooth and location on your smartphone and switch on your SelfCare1®

Access the connection page on the application and select the device to use

For the first pairing, a PIN code is displayed on the screen. Enter it on your smartphone.

You are now connected to your SelfCare1® !
